Most glass suppliers can provide you with a glazing certificate to say that the glass meets Australian Standards but this DOES NOT MEAN the glass they supply to you is “FIT FOR PURPOSE”!
Semi Frameless Fence 6mm and 8mm glass IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE for semi frameless glass fencing! Our engineers tell us that 10mm toughened glass up to 1.6metres in length is the maximum. 10mm is 20% more glass than 8mm.
Frameless Glass Fence 10mm glass IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE for Frameless Glass fencing! Our engineers tell us that 12mm toughened glass up to 1.8metres in length is the maximum span. 12mm glass is 17% more glass than 10mm.
We too could supply you with 6mm or 8mm glass but we are not in the business of putting you or your children’s safety at risk to compete with people supplying a vastly inferior product.
